Shell Kepler (October 5, 1958–February 1, 2008) was an American television actress best known for her work on General Hospital as "Nurse Amy Vining" from 1979 until 2002. Other shows she worked on included CHiPs, Port Charles, and Three's Company, along with the 1982 movie Homework with Joan Collins. Kepler was admitted to the hospital at Oregon Health & Science University on February 1, 2008, and died the same day from renal failure. She was married twice and twice divorced. She is survived by a brother, Fred.
